This Refund Policy explains when PairSMS.com (“PairSMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds, credits, or replacements for our SMS verification services.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Service Notice
PairSMS provides digital access to phone numbers for dating app SMS verification.
Because our service is delivered instantly after purchase, refunds are limited once a number has been activated, used, or assigned to your order.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
We do not issue refunds when:
- A number was successfully activated
- An SMS code was received
- The number was used on a third-party app or platform
- The verification failed because of the third-party app
- The dating app rejected, blocked, or delayed the SMS
- You entered the wrong service, country, or details
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You violated our Terms and Conditions
- Your account was suspended for misuse, fraud, or abuse
PairSMS does not control third-party dating apps, their verification systems, or whether they accept a specific number.
3. When We May Offer a Refund, Credit, or Replacement
We may review refund requests in the following cases:
SMS was not received
If no SMS code is received because of a technical issue on our side, we may offer:
- A replacement number
- Account credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Invalid or unusable number
If the number is clearly invalid or cannot be used before any SMS code is received, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
Major technical issue
If PairSMS has a confirmed technical issue that prevents delivery of the service, we will try to fix it or provide a replacement. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund or credit.
4. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Requests made after 7 days may be rejected.

5. Proof May Be Required
To review your request, we may ask for proof that the number did not work as expected.
This may include screenshots, screen recordings, or other details showing the issue.
If you do not provide enough information, we may be unable to approve the refund.
6. Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We do not refund to third-party accounts, different cards, alternative wallets, or unrelated payment methods.
7. Crypto Payments
If cryptocurrency payments are accepted, they may be non-refundable.
Where a crypto refund is approved, network fees, processor fees, or price changes may be deducted from the refunded amount.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension, service restriction, and reporting to the payment provider’s fraud monitoring system.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of order activity, service delivery, SMS logs, account usage, and communication history.
9. Abuse of Refunds
We may refuse refunds if we believe the request is abusive, fraudulent, repeated, or made in bad faith.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that misuse refunds, replacements, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
